Going through the poster’s website https://www.housingtvafrica.com/  I found the story.

The featured image on the website post  shows a flooded compound purported to be the Edo state INEC Office.

Searching through the internet to confirm if other news outlets carried the news, we found out that Punch newspaper carried the news with video evidence.   Vanguard and another news outlet also carried the news.
